Matt was our service tech and treated us respectfully and made professional
suggestions and helped us to make informed decisions regarding the need for
the UV light and real duct work. When Brad and Donny came out, they to were
extremely courteous and respectful. They answered our questions and if they
could not answer them the called the office and got the answers for us. They
worked within the time frame and gave us accurate times of how long the job
might take, how much work was involved and how much destruction, removal
of sheet rock , etc would be done for them to the job correctly and efficiently.

We are thrilled with our new system. It is working more efficiently already. We
always kept our home comfortable at 68° but now we get cold if it is under 72°.
And it is sure quiet to run.
