Having had our Land O Lakes cement block house built in 2002, shortly after relocating from New York; my wife Sara and I settled into our new life in beautiful sunny Florida. For the past eight years, our original air conditioning unit has functioned quite well, however, as the technology has continued to advance, and energy conservation and efficiency have improved, I sensed that the time was growing near for transition. When it came time to update our central air conditioning unit, I turned to one source, and that was Ierna Heating & Cooling! After a brief call to Jamie in the office, an appointment was scheduled, and Joe came out to the site in order to conduct an initial assessment. Joe was courteous, professional and personable, and as he performed his task, he was informative, he really took the time to explain the details and intricacies of the entire procedure, and it became quite evident that he, as well as Ierna Heating & Cooling are reputable, trustworthy and honest. There was absolutely no pressure for a quick sale or an expensive update, and there were absolutely no concealed fees, surprise costs, or underhanded charges. Joe painstakingly explained three different options with accommodating consideration. After deciding upon a complete change out, an appointment was scheduled, and Derek and his apprentice came out to the site in order to perform the task at hand. Derek was well-mannered, considerate and respectful, and the young assistant was also quite polite. May I say, the two men worked diligently for at least ten hours non stop, and it was evident that along with the actual physical labor that they performed, their knowledge and competence was exemplary. Now our house is more comfortable than ever, and the I am indeed quite pleased that I opted for Ierna's Heating & Cooling, and I am proud to officially endorse them.
