We are so impressed with your customer service. We purchased a home 2 months ago and just moved in on Wednesday. Friday afternoon, we realized our air was completely dead. I only had to make one call- and Todd was at our house within 45 minutes. Saturday morning, Dallas and Wayne were there first thing to start the installation process. Each one of your employees is a wonderful representative of IERNA's - and I will happily continue recommending your business throughout the community. Keep up the great work!
