IERNA's has landed a client for life... Michael DeLessio 7/27/09
Last week, our a/c went out in the middle of the night and the worst part was that we were hosting guest from out of town as well. Being extremely frustrated with the situation, I emailed Rob with IERNA's @ 3am and asked him to call me at his earliest convenience. By 6am I had a call from Rob and he was able to get an appointment set up first thing that morning. By the time my guests had even finished their breakfast, IERNA's was in and out and we had beautiful a/c again. The best part was the consistent follow up as well. I was called a couple of times prior to and after the appointment to check on things. Even Rob called several times to make sure everything was taken care of. IERNA's has landed a client for life and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
